i would like to know if trial account can join JQ (jade quarry)??

No. Trial accounts start you in Pre-searing. Even if you could make it all the way to LA in the 8(?) hours of playtime you get, I doubt they'll let you into Factions.

Assuming you got a trial account for Factions and could get yourself ran through the missions to get access to Jade Quarry in time before your trial account time ran out...

I don't see why you couldn't participate/join in JQ fights. You likely won't be effective due to lack of level, lack of skills, etc.. but I don't see any reason you couldn't do it.

Also PVP chars should be able to access JQ via speaking to Kurzick Recruiter. and again, trial accounts.. assuming you can make a PvP char should technically be able to do this. PvE chars require to have been to Jade Quarry prior to using this npc however.
